Quickbooks 2014 Update Download

My company uses Quickbooks Online to support our business, it is perfectly integrated with our bank and our CPA. We can run reports to monitor the company performance, payments and expenses just in few click. In addition the huge community of professionals make it easy to find support or suggestion to specific problems.

Some Features

This has been an area where I’ve felt that Intuit hasn’t kept up with the times. Support and integration with email is just not very good. This year there are a number of changes in this area. Is it enough?

•     The Customer Center now has a tab for Sent Email, where you can see a history (of sorts) of the emails that you have sent to a client from within QuickBooks.
•     You now have the ability to send a customer payment receipt via email.
•     The entire send email feature has been overhauled so that you have more control over the message that you send out from QuickBooks, at least for users of Web Mail.

System Requirement

QuickBooks Online is compatible with Windows XP and later and OS X 10.5 and later. It is not compatible with Linux (including Ubuntu and Fedora). While the latest versions of all major browsers are supported, there have been reported problems with Firefox: namely, that running the program consumes a large amount of CPU power. I tested and confirmed this (CPU usage hit about 50% while performing ordinary QBO tasks in Firefox; 25% for similar tasks in Chrome).

Quickbooks also has mobile apps for iPhone, iPad, and Android. While the website can be accessed from mobile browsers, it is in beta and not fully functional. For customers wishing to use QuickBooks Online on a tablet, Intuit recommends Microsoft Surface.
